Clay has over 28 years experience in the real estate industry with emphasis on property valuation research, development, and reconciliation. He is experienced in the assessment appeals process as well as in filing personal property returns manually and in OneSource Property Tax.
Clay owned and operated a real estate appraisal business. He provided real property appraisal services to clients for more than 15 years in the Atlanta Metro area. His other positions have included work as a realtor, mortgage broker, and corporate relocation re-sale specialist.
Clay graduated from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science Degree. He is a Licensed Real Property Appraiser in the State of Georgia. He is also a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation.
