Director
Peter Brisley is a director with over thirty seven years in the financial sector. He started his public accounting career in Winston Salem with Ernst & Ernst, serving in both the audit and tax departments. For twenty five years he served as Vice President and Controller for one of the largest furniture companies globally. In addition he has held the position of Chief Financial Officer, Tax Director and Business Consultant for various service, manufacturing, retail, wastewater, and energy companies.
Mr. Brisley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting/Business Administration degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
